Traveling Haiku and Senryu Exhibit to Inspire

May 17 - July 1

Charlotte Digregorio’s traveling haiku and senryu exhibit is currently at the Wellness Center of Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights. Her award-winning poetry is illustrated by well-known Chicago-area artists.

Haiku and senryu are short forms of poetry that capture the moments of our lives. Haiku includes nature imagery and senryu is about human nature and is often humorous.

The exhibit will be up until July 1, 2017, and then it will travel again. Don’t miss the opportunity to learn all about haiku and senryu, and most of all, become inspired to write these healing poems.
