2011 publication changes


East on Central will be publishing on a new schedule in the coming year. Our tenth anniversary edition will publish in the fall of 2011. The theme for the Creative Exchange will be Memories of Highland Park. Check this space in the coming weeks for the new publication schedule, as well as updated Guidelines and submission forms.
